Rebecca Pascarell was born and raised in New Jersey and has practiced law in a number of states on the East Coast over the past 20 years.
Ms. Pascarell’s practice focuses on Mass Tort litigation and client contact/relations. Ms. Pascarell started her career at a Pittsburgh law firm with a concentration in commercial litigation and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pascarell focused on bankruptcy matters as a Staff Attorney for The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania and The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Georgia.
During her time as a staff attorney for the Trustees, Ms. Pascarell was a Courtroom Attorney handling voluminous dockets and fast-paced hearings. Ms. Pascarell conducted thousands of Section 341 Meetings of Creditors.
Ms. Pascarell is also a former Manager of a multi-state premier law firm specializing in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and REO where she managed all aspects of the business operations, including processes/procedures, legal and billing matters.
Ms. Pascarell currently resides with her family in South Carolina. When Ms. Pascarell is not working with her clients, she enjoys time with her family, indoor cycling, endurance sports and volunteering for various nonprofit organizations.
2024: Rebecca’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity of choice this year was It Gets Better. She is a firm supporter of their mission and believes it is important to raise awareness for the LGBTQ+ community.
2023: Rebecca’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to the Epworth Children’s Home this year. Rebecca chose to support this organization in memory of her late friend who opened her home to children in need, some of which transitioned into or out of Epworth Children’s Home.
2022: Rebecca’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to the American Bladder Cancer Society this year. Rebecca chose to support this organization because her brother-in-law is currently battling bladder cancer.
2021: Rebecca nominated the Alzheimer’s Association. After watching multiple family members suffer from Alzheimer’s, this organization is near to her heart.
2020: Rebecca nominated Safe Passage. After years of working with the sexual abuse survivors in the Boy Scouts of America case, Rebecca was compelled to choose this organization that provides supportive services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse in SC.
