Team Spotlight – Justin Joseph
In this Team Member Spotlight, we chat with Attorney, Justin Joseph, who details his role here at the firm, as well as what he likes to do when he is not helping his clients here at Chaffin Luhana.
How long have you been with Chaffin Luhana and what is your role here at the firm?
I’m an attorney in our Pittsburgh office and I’ve been with Chaffin Luhana for 5 years now. Primarily I handle local Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio claims – representing victims and survivors of automobile accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, general liability accidents, workplace accidents and more. If you’ve been injured – I can represent you.
What is your favorite thing about working at Chaffin Luhana?
I think it’s that we as a firm hold true to our core values. We are very much concerned about our clients – ensuring that we do right by them in everything we do. We make it a priority to maximize their recovery in the most efficient way possible. Everyone on the team is committed to achieving those common goals for each client we represent.
How do your talents best fit your role here at the firm?
I – and most everyone on the team, have a great talent of being able to think outside of the box, as they say. This is particularly helpful as we don’t take a cookie-cutter approach with our clients and their cases. Instead, we recognize that every claim is unique, with its own set of circumstances. We represent real people with real world problems. We apply a creative approach towards the singular goal of obtaining the best results for every client.
Tell us what you like to do in your spare time.
I spend a great deal of my time with my wife, Maria and our 2-year-old son, Levi. Weekends and holidays you can typically find us out on day trips – hiking, biking, and boating somewhere locally.
Tell us something that might come as a surprise to others when meeting you.
I am a little more than a weekend warrior with home improvements. I grew up in a blue collar family doing all facets of home building and remodel. I spent many summer days doing roofing work with the family business.
Lastly, what’s one thing you would you want prospects to know that they might not get from our website or commercials?
That the people who are working on their case are people who live in their community. Some of our clients sometimes have the idea from our commercials that we’re big-city lawyers who live in California or something. That’s simply not the case! Our team lives and works in our community; we go to the same churches, shop at the same stores, and attend the same sporting events, The people who are working your case are your neighbors.
