Team Spotlight – Michelle Spencer

For our Employee Spotlight, we are celebrating Michelle Spencer!

Michelle is our Medical Records Manager and has been with the firm since 2017. Medical records are critical when it comes to building a solid Personal Injury claim for our clients. Michelle and her team help us to tell our clients’ stories of the physical, emotional, and financial trauma they have endured. When asked what her favorite thing is about her career with us, she said “I love to witness our entire team come together and give their best to reach a successful recovery for our clients. There is no greater feeling than to be a part of this team and to make such meaningful impacts for our clients.”

Recently Michelle was nominated by the team for Employee of the Quarter. She is also our mascot for our annual Turkey Giveaway. If you attended our 2021 Turkey Giveway you probably saw her dancing around and shaking her “tail feathers” in her turkey costume. Not even the rain stopped her from greeting everyone with her infectious smile and positive attitude. One of the many reasons we are so thankful to have her on our team.

Outside of her awesome work at the firm, she enjoys time with her family. She is pictured here wearing her “Proud Navy Mom” t-shirt, surrounded by her three children and two grandchildren. Her son, United States Navy Second Class Petty Officer Johnathan Spencer makes us proud too!
