News: Driver critically hurt in crash near Pittsburgh’s Beechview area
PITTSBURGH, PA — A woman was hospitalized Tuesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash in Pittsburgh’s Beechview neighborhood, reports WPXI.
The collision occurred in the 1700 block of West Liberty Avenue (U.S. Route 19). Allegheny County first responders were called to the scene at about 12:35 p.m.
Few details have been provided, but Pittsburgh Police said the woman, who was one of the drivers, was found unconscious at the scene. She was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
No injuries to the other driver or anyone else have been reported.
At this time, no pending charges or citations have been reported.
