ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — A 28-year-old woman faces several charges after a December crash that hurt multiple people, including a young child, in Penn Hills, reports WPXI.
The collision occurred on Frankstown Road near Erhardt Drive on December 15, shortly before 7:00 p.m.
