INDIANA COUNTY, PA — A 63-year-old Young Township man died late Sunday afternoon after a single-car crash on Route 286 in Center Township, reports WPXI.

A preliminary investigation indicates the man was driving westbound when he appeared to suffer a medical emergency. At one point, his vehicle veered past the centerline and traveled off of the roadway. The car proceeded to strike a culvert and a traffic sign before colliding head-on with a tree.
