News: 2 dead, 1 injured after crash on PA-210 in Plumcreek Township
ARMSTRONG COUNTY, PA — Two people have died after a two-vehicle wreck Monday afternoon on State Route 210 in Plumcreek Township, reports WPXI.
Pennsylvania State Police said the fatal crash happened at the intersection with Gastown Road, in the Shelocta area. It was first reported by Armstrong County dispatchers at about 12:00 p.m.
Few details have been provided, but two people, ages 41 and 70, were traveling in the same vehicle.
The 41-year-old occupant was pronounced deceased at the scene. Officials said the 70-year-old occupant succumbed to their injuries during transport to a hospital.
First responders had the other driver, a 51-year-old woman, airlifted to an area hospital. Her condition has not been disclosed.
An investigation by PSP remains ongoing.
