News: 1 dead, 2 left injured after car vs box truck crash in Aliquippa
BEAVER COUNTY, PA — One person died Saturday night after a two-vehicle crash that injured two others in Aliquippa, according to WPXI.
Beaver County officials said the fatal crash happened on Station Street, off Route 51. Emergency crews were dispatched to the area at around 9:00 p.m.
The circumstances of the wreck were not immediately clear, but a passenger car appeared to have hit a box car. The impact of the crash caused the first vehicle to catch fire.
First responders arrived to find one person deceased at the scene. One victim was airlifted to an area hospital, and another was transported by ground ambulance.
