News: 1 injured as vehicle strikes pole off PA-65 in Bellevue
ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — One person hospitalized early Friday morning after a single-vehicle accident on Route 65 in Bellevue, according to WPXI.
The wreck occurred at the intersection with Kendall Avenue at about 1:00 a.m.
Authorities have not disclosed what led up to the crash, but a vehicle collided with a utility pole in a manner that left the pole sheared and the vehicle significantly damaged.
One patient was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
A section of Route 65 was shut down during the emergency response and road clearance but has since been reopened.
