Elliot Carlson is the Intake and Call Center Manager at Chaffin Luhana LLP.

Elliot joined Chaffin Luhana as the Intake and Call Center Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in call center management and a record of delivering exceptional customer service. Throughout his career, Elliot has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Elliot was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and has great pride in the Steel City, with a deep appreciation for Pittsburgh’s rich history and vibrant culture. Elliot earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH. 

Outside of work, Elliot enjoys spending time with his wife exploring Pittsburgh’s diverse neighborhoods, cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers, and participating in community events. They also enjoy spending time with their children and two Boston Terrier dogs.
