Julia focuses her practice on representing clients who were injured by toxic exposure to chemicals, pesticides, and contaminated water. In 2021, Julia was appointed by U.S. District Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel in the In re: Paraquat Products Liability Litigation as a member of the Plaintiff’s Executive Committee. Over the past twenty years, Julia has successfully litigated mass torts cases and catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the country. Julia has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 2016, which is the highest peer-rating standard for professional excellence in the legal field.
Julia received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in the honors writing program. From there she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended Georgia State University College of Law, and has resided in Atlanta ever since.
Julia moderated a panel on Professionalism, Ethics and Malpractice at the State Bar of Georgia in 2021 and 2022, and presented at the American Association of Justice regarding the status of the litigation on Paraquat and Camp Lejeune in 2023. She has presented dozens of Continuing Legal Education seminars and is committed to teaching best practices to practicing attorneys.
In her free time, she spends time with her family, swims, and cheers on her daughters at their many band and chorus concerts.
