About Beth Wilkins
Beth concentrates her practice on representing individuals who have been injured by the actions of corporations, including victims of toxic contamination and consumers of defective products, including pharmaceutical products and pesticides. She has exclusively represented plaintiffs throughout her entire career and has been handling mass tort litigation for more than 15 years. Beth has served on the Plaintiff Steering Committee for the In re Zostavax Products Liability Litigation, where she co-chaired the Law and Briefing committee, and has served on the Science, Discovery, and Law and Briefing committees for numerous additional Multi-District Litigations.
Beth received her law degree from Saint Louis University, where she also earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health. During law school, Beth served as Executive Editor of the St. Louis University Journal of Health Law. Before attending law school, Beth worked in the pediatric infectious disease research laboratory at Boston University, studying vaccine efficacy. She holds dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology with double minors in Environmental Studies and the interaction between Science and Society. She has a working proficiency in Spanish.
In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, running, rock climbing, gardening, and musical theater.
Charity Nominations
2024: Beth’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity of choice was Dream Builders 4 Equity. Dream Builders 4 Equity’s work addresses numerous needs in the St. Louis area. DB4E offers educational and skill-building opportunities to local minority youth while at the same time, improving the housing stock and creating a supply of low-cost housing, providing work opportunities for local minority contractors, and ultimately moving towards increased property values and reduction of crime rates in areas plagued by abandoned buildings.
