Justin Joseph, a native of Western Pennsylvania, is an experienced personal injury attorney who has dedicated his career to representing injured victims in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Over the course of his career, he has secured more than $50 million in recoveries for clients, achieving major case victories and handling a wide range of personal injury matters, including those involving negligent drivers and property owners. She is known for managing complex cases with expertise and care and is a committed mentor to younger attorneys.
Beth has also played a key leadership role in the In Re: Uber Technologies, Inc., Passenger Sexual Assault Litigation, where she has spearheaded pivotal motions and continues to make significant contributions to the leadership team.
