Multi-vehicle wreck closes part of PA-28 SB near Aspinwall
ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — Authorities responded to a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on Route 28 near Aspinwall, according to 511 Pittsburgh.
The accident occurred on the southbound highway from Highland Park Bridge (Exit 6) to Route 8 (Exit 5). It was first recorded by 511PA at 3:00 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but all southbound lanes in the area were blocked in the immediate aftermath.
At this time, it remains unclear what caused the wreck or how many vehicles were involved.
