News: 1 injured in rollover crash involving school bus near Ross Township
ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — One person was hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after a car collided with a school bus and overturned near Ross Township, reports WPXI.
Authorities said the wreck occurred at the intersection of McKnight Road and Siebert Road.
The events leading up to the crash remain unclear, but first responders arrived to find a sedan completely flipped.
The driver of the sedan had to be extricated and was then transported to an area hospital. No information on the severity of their condition has been disclosed.
Though the school bus had students on board at the time of the crash, no one else was reported hurt. Following the crash, students were processed and released to their guardians.
Ross Township Police continues to investigate the accident. No charges have been reported as of this writing.
