News: 1 sent to hospital after collision near McKeesport intersection

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — One person was injured late Sunday night in a vehicle crash near downtown McKeesport, according to CBS Pittsburgh.

The accident occurred in the area of 12th Street and Walnut Street (Pennsylvania Highway 148), near Booker T Washington Lodge. It was reported shortly before 11:00 p.m.

Details remain limited, but McKeesport Police confirmed one victim was transported to a local hospital. The extent of the patient’s injuries has not been disclosed.

It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved.  No pending charges or citations have been reported at this time.
