News: 17-year-old pedestrian fatally struck by vehicle in North Versailles
ALLEGHENY CO., PA – A teen was fatally struck by a vehicle in North Versailles on Monday evening.
According to a report by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the 17-year-old pedestrian was hit at about 6:30 p.m. while walking along the Lincoln Highway near Luehm Avenue.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The driver who struck the girl remained at the scene and cooperated with police. It is unclear if they will face any charges at this time.
