News: Accident closes lane on I-79 SB near Coraopolis
ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — Authorities were called to a collision Thursday evening on Interstate 79 near the borough of Coraopolis, according to 511PA Pittsburgh.
The crash happened on the southbound lanes at milepost 64, after Coraopolis Road, or State Highway 51. It was first recorded by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation at 7:05 p.m.
No information regarding the cause of the accident has been shared, but a lane restriction remained in place for over 40 minutes.

By 7:48 p.m., crews had cleared the scene and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
