News: Man charged in DUI crash that seriously injured child

WASHINGTON COUNTY, PA – A man was charged after hitting a child while driving in the California Borough on Monday, March 7.

According to WTAE, Allen Csonka, 26 hit the child with his vehicle while driving under the influence.

The juvenile was flown to an area hospital with serious injuries.

Csonka was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI among other charges.

It’s not clear exactly where the incident took place.
