PITTSBURGH, PA – A woman was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in south Oakland last Thursday, KDKA reports.
The victim, a woman in her 70s, was hit while walking in the area of Ward Street and Boulevard of the Allies just before 4 p.m.
The woman was rushed to a nearby hospital with critical, potentially life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. It is unclear if any charges will be filed in connection to the crash.
