Chaffin Luhana NewsIn the courts: We continue to be on the forefront of both the national Zantac/ranitidine Litigation, as well as the national Paraquat Litigation. Zantac/ranitidine has been allegedly linked to various types of cancer and Paraquat is an herbicide that has been allegedly linked to Parkinson’s Disease. In the community: We’re now accepting submissions for our annual Anti-Distracted Driving Scholarship! This scholarship will award a local student in the Greater Pittsburgh area a $2,500 scholarship to be applied toward further education. All they have to do to enter is write an essay helping in the fight against distracted driving. Know a student who could benefit? |

Article: Is it “bad” to sue your neighbor? We occasionally hear from clients after being injured in an accident on a friend or neighbor’s property – sometimes even a family member’s property – that they were hesitant to seek compensation for their injuries. Team Member Spotlight: Justin Joesph“Our team has a great talent of being able to think outside of the box and recognize that every claim is unique, with its own set of circumstances. We represent real people with real world problems. We apply a creative approach towards the singular goal of obtaining the best results for every client.” Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time outside – hiking, biking and boating with his wife, Maria, 2-year-old-son, Levi, and just celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Lena, who was born this month! Growing up he learned the value of hard work by spending many summer days doing roofing work for his family’s business. He is quite the handyman when it comes to home improvements. |
