In the courts: We continue to be very busy, even as most courts remain on a limited calendar due to the pandemic. We continue to be on the forefront of the national Zantac/ranitidine Litigation, and the federal MDL continues to progress (click here to learn more). In addition, we are pleased to announce that Founding Partner Roopal P. Luhana has been appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee (PEC) in the Paraquat Litigation which was recently centralized in Illinois. Paraquat is an herbicide that has been allegedly linked to Parkinson’s Disease; you can learn more here.

In the community: We’re still accepting submissions for our annual Anti-Distracted Driving Scholarship! This scholarship will award a local student in the Greater Pittsburgh area a $2,500 scholarship to be applied toward further education. All they have to do to enter is write an essay helping in the fight against distracted driving. Know a student who could benefit?
