Jon Lassiter

Jon Lassiter serves as Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Chaffin Luhana, where he works alongside the firm’s leadership team to strengthen financial strategy, planning, and decision-making while supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Jon brings more than 17 years of experience working with law firms. He spent 15 years with a corporate, M&A, and data privacy law firm, where he developed extensive experience across finance, operations, technology, and firm management. For the past several years, his work has focused on providing firm leaders with greater financial visibility, strengthening forecasting, improving financial processes, and translating financial data into actionable insights that support better business decisions.

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Jon has spent much of his adult life in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jon and his wife have five children and two cats.

Outside of work, Jon is an avid DIYer who enjoys taking on projects around his family’s 30-acre property. He and his family also enjoy traveling and exploring the country in their RV.
