Molly Betts is a Certified Paralegal with four years of experience in complex litigation and mass tort cases. Before joining Chaffin Luhana LLP, she worked as a Case Manager and Paralegal at a nationwide plaintiff’s law firm in Alabama, focusing on mass tort litigation, trial preparation, case management, and client advocacy.

Molly has supported complex, high-value litigation and worked alongside attorneys on matters resulting in multimillion-dollar settlements, including a five-week environmental litigation trial that resulted in a $100 million settlement. She is dedicated to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.

Originally from Chelsea, Alabama, Molly enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Levi, hiking, visiting her local coffee shop, going to the gym, and attending church.
