Wesley Lockett

Wesley Lockett serves as Fractional Chief Operating Officer at Chaffin Luhana, where she supports the firm’s leadership team in strengthening execution, accountability, and operational clarity. 

Wes began her career as a paralegal and advanced into senior leadership through mentorship, continued education, and hands-on operational experience. She brings more than a decade of experience in legal operations, including leadership roles at a multi-office personal injury firm, where she helped scale operations, develop leaders, and implement firmwide systems and technology to support growth. 

Born in Florida and raised primarily in Utah, Wes grew up in a family shaped by travel, as her father was a commercial airline pilot. That experience fostered her curiosity, adaptability, and appreciation for diverse perspectives, which continue to influence her leadership approach today. 

Wes focuses on developing people and building strong systems, believing that when teams are well-supported, they can deliver the best outcomes for clients.
