Aneilia McDermott

Aneilia is an experienced Human Resources, Customer Service, and Operations professional with a background in hospitality. She brings over 14 years of experience working in the luxury and corporate business sectors to the Operations team. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from New York University.  

Aneilia is originally from Massachusetts and has lived in New York since 2016 after living and working in California for 8 years. She loves hosting and spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, she also enjoys ice skating, hiking, and testing new recipes.  

Charity Nominations

2023: Aneilia’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to Catskill Mountainkeeper this year. Catskill Mountainkeeper’s mission is to protect our region’s forests and wild lands; safeguard air and water; nurture healthy, equitable, and sustainable communities; empower environmental justice communities; and accelerate the transition to a 100% clean and just energy future in New York State and beyond.

2022: Aneilia’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to Planned Parenthood this year. Planned Parenthood’s mission is to ensure all people have access to the care and resources they need to make informed decisions about their bodies, their lives, and their futures.

2021: Aneilia nominated Anjellicle Cats Rescue. This rescue is an all-volunteer no-kill cat rescue and adoption non-profit in New York City. Anjellicle’s goal is to make New York City a no-kill city and strive to have awareness, education, and compassion replace euthanasia as a solution to overpopulation.
