Cody Bartram

Cody comes to Chaffin Luhana from having previously worked with a national firm, specializing in a variety of fields. Having worked with a variety of customer service entities, Cody takes pride in knowing they can be placed in any workspace and easily adapt to the environment. Over the years Cody has been given several recognitions, with the most recent being ‘Newcomer of the Year’ from their previous firm. Cody currently has two years of experience in the legal field but plans to move forward toward obtaining a law degree, focused on constitutional interpretation. Having proudly attended Riverside City College, CA, and Tidewater Community College, VA, they will be obtaining two A.S. degrees in Business Administration and Science, with a focus in Chemistry.

Cody is an avid streamer for PC strategy-based gaming, enjoys kayaking, and tries to plan camping trips during every warm month. Cody has a very close relationship with their 5 younger brothers and loves sharing stories and pictures of all the family happenings.

Charity Nominations

2024: Cody’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity of choice for this year was It Gets Better. According to Cody, “In September 2010, in response to a rash of suicides that claimed the lives of several LGBTQ+ youth, the first It Gets Better video was released on YouTube urging young LGBTQ+ people to stay true to themselves despite bullying and other challenges of adolescence. When I was fresh out of High School, these videos helped guide to a brighter future. The Queer Community, like so many other disenfranchised groups, have struggled moving through the restraints of “normative society” and so when this project expanded it evolved into a beacon. They fight for us by shining a light on the wellbeing of the greater community, as we are not alone and need not walk in the darkness.”
