Intake Specialist – Madison Gandolfi

Prior to joining Chaffin Luhana, Madison worked at a social security disability law firm as a case manager. In that role, she assisted clients in the process of filing for Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Income from the initial stages of application through the post-hearing stages of benefits approvals and denials. Most recently, she worked as a customer service advocate at a debt relief company and assisted in the clients’ long-term goal of becoming and staying debt free through the clients’ financial hardship debt settlement program.

Madison grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, and now resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has also lived in California and Florida. Her experience living on both coasts has fueled her love for travel and immersion in the culture around her. Outside of the office, Madison has a love for the outdoors. Her favorite time of the day is when she takes her dog, Luna, on a walk around the neighborhood right at sunset. Her passion is to help others and make a difference in others’ lives no matter how big or small the difference may be.

Charity Nominations

2023: Madison’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to Pittsburgh Mercy this year. Pittsburgh Mercy is a person-centered, population-based, trauma-informed community health and wellness provider.

2022: Madison’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to The National Alliance to End Homelessness last year. This organization is committed to preventing and ending homelessness in the United States.
