About Michael Thomas
Michael Thomas came to Chaffin Luhana LLP with much experience in personal injury matters. At the beginning of his legal career, he represented individuals and Fortune 500 clients in zoning and land use applications before Connecticut municipal land use commissions. Now, he represents plaintiffs who suffered injury due to the negligence of others.
In addition to practicing law, Michael has worked in environmental advocacy for the Hudson Valley region and consulted on affordable housing issues in New York City. He attended Georgetown University where he studied International Politics and sprinted for the Hoyas Track & Field Team. After working as a paralegal for the U.S. Justice Department, he left Washington, D.C. for Boston to attend law school at Northeastern University.
Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family and bicycling in his free time. He has served on numerous boards including the Stamford YMCA and founded an alumni association at his prep school.
