About Peter Anderson
Peter Anderson represents plaintiffs in high-stakes, nationwide product liability cases. Mr. Anderson has a track record of accepting difficult cases other prominent firms have turned down and of getting great results for his clients.
Mr. Anderson has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in mass tort pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He was on the discovery and law and briefing committees of the Granuflo litigation, which was ultimately resolved for $250 million.
Prior to joining Chaffin Luhana, Mr. Anderson was the managing attorney for the D.C. office of a national law firm. In that role, Mr. Anderson represented victims of nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. Mr. Anderson resolved a particularly challenging medical malpractice case for $6.5 million.
Mr. Anderson was born in Denver, Colorado, but grew up in Ithaca, New York. He graduated from the University of Michigan, earning a B.A. in psychology. He later graduated from the George Washington University Law School. He enjoys lifting weights, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
