Rob Bologna

Rob joined Chaffin Luhana as the Finance Director in 2023 with over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He began his career at a local CPA firm in Central Florida and earned his Certified Public Accountant designation before moving to Pittsburgh in 2005. He continued in public accounting for another 5 years before moving into financial leadership roles in both the manufacturing and service industries.

Rob brings a wide range of experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management to Chaffin Luhana. His dedication to professional growth and continuous improvement is a testament to his commitment to excellence in the field.  His expertise extends beyond finance, as he is known for his ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability within organizations. His leadership and strategic vision have consistently elevated the financial performance of the companies he has been a part of.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, Florida and maintains his CPA status. He lives in Pittsburgh with his high school sweetheart, and wife of 25+ years, as they adjust to life as empty nesters.

2023: Rob’s Chaffin Luhana Foundation charity donation was to We Serve First this year. This organization supports and promotes youth volleyball in the Pittsburgh region.
