About Patrick Booth
Patrick Booth is a trial lawyer who fights for people injured by negligence, recklessness, and corporate misconduct. Before joining Chaffin Luhana, Patrick built his career at one of Pittsburgh’s largest defense firms, where he represented trucking companies, railroads, and Fortune 500 corporations in high-stakes litigation across the country. Today, he puts that insider knowledge to work for the people who need it most.
Patrick’s unique perspective gives him a powerful edge in personal injury litigation. He understands how insurance companies and large corporations evaluate and defend cases, and he uses that insight to stay one step ahead. His advocacy has helped clients recover tens of millions of dollars, including numerous seven-figure results for accident victims.
His practice is focused on representing victims of car and truck crashes, premises liability accidents, and insurance bad faith. He regularly appears in courts throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, litigating cases in both state and federal courts.
Patrick’s commitment to justice began in law school, where he represented survivors of domestic abuse in Protection from Abuse actions and advocated for disabled clients before the Social Security Administration. After law school, he continued his work with Neighborhood Legal Services, helping abused women secure safety and stability, while also mentoring other attorneys. He has also represented students at colleges and universities facing disciplinary hearings involving honor code or conduct violations.
At every stage of his career, Patrick has remained dedicated to standing up for those who need a strong voice in the legal system—and ensuring they get the justice and compensation they deserve.
