About Rebecca Pascarell
Rebecca Pascarell was born and raised in New Jersey and has practiced law in a number of states on the East Coast for over 25 years.
Rebecca’s practice focuses on Mass Tort litigation, Sexual Assault Survivors and client contact/relations. Rebecca started her career at a Pittsburgh law firm with a concentration in commercial litigation and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca focused on bankruptcy matters as a Staff Attorney for The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania and The Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Georgia.
During her time as a staff attorney for the Trustees, Rebecca was a Courtroom Attorney handling voluminous dockets and fast-paced hearings. Rebecca conducted thousands of Section 341 Meetings of Creditors.
Rebecca is also a former Manager of a multi-state premier law firm specializing in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and REO where she managed all aspects of the business operations, including processes/procedures, legal and billing matters.
When Rebecca is not working with her clients, she enjoys time with her family, competitive swimming, indoor cycling, endurance sports and volunteering for various nonprofit organizations.
