Martin Mazezka

Martin Mazezka was raised in New Cumberland, West Virginia, thirty minutes west of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Chaffin Luhana, Martin practiced exclusively personal injury law at a plaintiff’s firm in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Martin has represented hundreds of clients in a wide variety of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability claims, and insurance bad faith claims. Martin was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Attorney by The National Trial Lawyers and Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Martin is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville.

In his free time, Martin enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his dog, Hank.
