As Lead Receptionist, she helps create a welcoming experience for every client who calls in, ensuring they feel supported and cared for from the very first conversation.
Michelle is passionate about leading her team with positivity and consistency, always finding new ways to make processes smoother and communication stronger. She takes pride in helping both clients and coworkers feel confident that they’re in good hands.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son, staying involved in their activities, and creating meaningful memories together.
