Aneilia McDermott

Aneilia is an accomplished Human Resources, Customer Service, and Operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She brings over 14 years of expertise in luxury and corporate business environments to the Operations team. Aneilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Master of Business Administration, both from New York University.

Originally from Massachusetts, Aneilia has called New York home since 2016, following eight years of living and working in California. She is passionate about spending quality time with family and friends and is a member of a New York City based Synchronized Ice Skating team. When she’s not working, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and travel.
