About Justin Joseph
Justin Joseph was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. Justin was raised blue collar in rural Western Pennsylvania and spent weekends and summers doing trades work including roofing, renovations, electrical, and plumbing. He went to law school and started practicing law to help people in his community get justice and fairness when they are wronged by large corporations. Justin has practiced exclusively in personal injury law on behalf of injured victims his entire legal career. His practice focuses on representing the firm’s personal injury clients in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
Over his career, Justin’s past results include multiple six-figure as well as seven-figure resolutions. Justin has litigated a wide variety of personal injury cases against negligent drivers, truck drivers, and landowners.
Justin is recognized as Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. This honor recognizes less than 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association
Justin lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and three children. He enjoys hiking, biking, water skiing, fishing, and time with his family in his spare time.
