Rob Bologna

Rob joined Chaffin Luhana as the Finance Director in 2023 with over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He began his career at a local CPA firm in Central Florida and earned his Certified Public Accountant designation before moving to Pittsburgh in 2005. He continued in public accounting for another 5 years before moving into financial leadership roles in both the manufacturing and professional services industries.

Rob earned a bachelor of business administration from Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, Florida, and brings a wide range of experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management to Chaffin Luhana. His dedication to professional growth and continuous improvement is a testament to his commitment to excellence in the field. His expertise extends beyond finance, as he is known for his ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability within organizations.
