Troy is a multi-certified Salesforce Administrator with over a decade of customer service experience. He brings over three years of Salesforce experience, along with property management and IT experience to the firm. Troy continues to further his skills and certifications within the Salesforce ecosystem with a passion for knowledge.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys grilling outdoors, staying active, playing games, watching the New England Patriots, and trying new bourbons.
