Crash Details & Vehicles Involved
18-year-old Brian Bellas of Kittanning failed to stop at the intersection and struck another vehicle. The impact caused that vehicle to collide with an SUV.
Victims & Medical Response
Both the driver, Brian Bellas, and Scarlet Lewis, 24, of Fenelton, who was driving the SUV, were injured and taken to Butler Memorial Hospital. Two other people in the crash escaped without injury.
