Preliminary investigation indicates that the woman was driving a Nissan Rogue westbound in the eastbound lanes when she collided head-on with a Jeep Compass. The driver of the Jeep, a 31-year-old Greensburg woman, was seriously injured and flown to a hospital for treatment.
